Value Delivered: After coating, cleaning time dropped from 10 hours a day to 2 hours a day. The need for stripping and waxing floors is removed entirely. Total maintenance cost dropped from $7,632.50/month to $1,500 per month. At a project cost of $11,178, the ROI was a little less than 2 months. Floors still have not needed to be recoated.
